Each buyer conversation consumes 1 credit, which covers up to 30 messages exchanged between the buyer and your AI assistant. This keeps your costs predictable.
Can I take over the conversation manually?
Absolutely. You can jump in at any time to reply directly — without consuming additional credits.
How do buyers book a test drive?
