What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the internal currency used on Autodice. Sellers use credits to perform specific actions — such as submitting bids or chatting with buyers through the AI assistant.
How many credits does each action cost?
Typically, one credit equals one key action:
- 1 credit = Submit a bid on a buyer’s requested vehicle
- 1 credit = Start or extend an AI conversation with a buyer (up to 30 messages)
Your available credits are displayed in your seller dashboard.
Do credits expire?
No — credits never expire. You can use them at your own pace.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. You can top up your balance anytime by purchasing additional credit bundles directly from your dashboard.

How does Miles recommend vehicles?
Miles analyzes your answers and suggests up to 10 vehicles that best fit your profile. Each recommendation includes reasoning based on factors like performance, practicality, comfort, and budget alignment.
Can I skip Miles and search manually?
Absolutely. You can type the make and model directly into the search bar. Miles is there for when you want personalized guidance or aren't sure what to choose.
Is Miles free to use?
Yes. Miles is completely free for buyers.
How do buyers book a test drive?
When a buyer accepts or responds to an offer, they can schedule a test drive directly through our integrated calendar tool (Google or Outlook support).
How are booking reminders sent?
Buyers and sellers receive automatic email confirmations and reminders for all scheduled test drives, helping reduce missed appointments.
How does Autodice ensure a fair marketplace?
All offers and communications happen within the platform. Sellers can’t see competitors' bids, but the most competitive offers automatically rise to the top of the buyer's garage — ensuring transparency and fairness.
